Entry #2: First Prototypes

Once I first started making the game, I was working on my own. I mostly work in art and animation, so my programming skills were (and still are) close to zero.

Fortunately, that was not a complete limitation to start developing the game, as I found this excellent Unity Asset: The Corgi Engine by More Mountains. It helped me create a playable prototype with no coding at all.

Later on, I had to ask some friends for help with writing some scripts for the central mechanic, carrying the basket.

More recently, Linsey took over the programming, so then I can focus on creating the art. That was a significant improvement!

This is how the prototype is looking right now!
